Nía – The Best Body Shower Scrub I have ever used !!

Hello Everyone ,
Happy Monday , today’s blog post is going to be all about Nía Skincare .

To start I’m going to give you a bit of a info on Nía. Nía is a range of natural skincare and beauty products created in Ireland by skincare expert Celia O’Grady. Celia has over 30 years experience and a qualified beauty therapist, health fitness instructor and life coach. Which a huge interest in health and well being and has looked at beauty with a holistic approach. She found it very hard to recommend products with unhealthy chemicals in them and with that Nía was created. Nía’s  products are made by hand, using natural healthy butters and oils together with vitamin rich superfoods which both give fantastic results on the skin. They are even suitable for the most sensitive, allergy prone skin.

I had been chatting with the lovely Linda from Nía, and she kindly offered to send me out some products to try out and here’s what they sent out.

Nía Intensive Scrub bar (€9.95)

If you follow me on snapchat @shapesndshadows you’ll know I’m not a huge tan lover as I hate having to try and remove stubborn tan, especially from the stubborn areas like your elbows , knees etc. I also find i have to exfoliate a couple of times to completely remove the tan.
So when I received the package and I seen Intensive scrub bar I was intrigued . I used it immediately and OMG I have never used anything like it before. Its a 100% natural scrub bar that washes, exfoliates, and moisturises easily and quickly.
The Intensive Scrub Bar Includes:
Cocoa butter to soften and deeply moisturise
Coconut oil to create a soft fluffy lather
Poppy seeds to gently exfoliate
Coconut milk to nourish and protect the skin.
Whilst it leaves the skin smelling gorgeous. The Poppy seeds leave the skin silky smooth and glowing, while the coconut milk and cocoa butter replace essential nutrients and oils. I actually cannot get enough of this Scrub its absolutely brilliant. So good it removes all the stubborn tan in one go. I honestly couldn’t recommend the scrub bar enough its amazing.

Calendula and Orange Blossom Cleansing Balm (19.95)

Nía also sent me their Calendula and Orange Blossom Cleansing Balm which I has seen across social media a couple of times, so I was definitely looking forward to trying this. This is a two step cleansing balm which includes 2 of the Nía cleansing cloths.
I apply a small amount of the Balm to damp skin and massage onto the skin. It smells and feels amazing on the skin. It removes the most stubbornest of makeup, for example ingot gel liner number 77, which is an absolute nightmare to remove.
It’s made from Cocoa Butter, Coconut oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Soya bean oil, Vitamin e oil, Rosemary seed extract, Rose absolute, Roman chamomile oil, Orange blossom essential oil and Lavender Oil.
You literally only need the smallest amount of this product as it literally melts into the skin. For €19.95 this tin would last you a long time.
Nías Products are completely free of Parabens , Steroids , Mineral Oil , Silicones , Petroleum and synthetic fragrance.
I really hope you try at least one of these products because I absolutely adore them. I also love the face they are handmade and not forgetting an Irish Company. Check out Nía’s range here.
I hope you enjoyed this post.
