Hello Everyone ,
If you follow me on snapchat – shapesndshadows you’ll know I absolutely love my brow products, so I was very excited to try the BPerfect Cosmetics Semi Permanent Brow Kit in Chocolate. I had done a bit of research on the brow kit before I used it, to see exactly what it was all about.
So the brow powder is available in 4 different shades Brown, Irid Brown , Chocolate and Charcoal. The kit comes with:
- Your brow powder.
- Double ended brush.
- 3 Stencils.
The powder claims to be :
- Water resistant.
- Sweat proof.
- Smudge proof.
- Lasts up to 24hrs on the skin , until removed with makeup remover.
So I decided to put all of the above to the test , comparing the BPerfect Powder to my all time favourite Inglot Brow gel in 15. I also documented the day of application over on my snapchat. Where I applied each of the above products to one brow and trailing them out throughout two days in different weather conditions etc.
I had also explained that I am the sort of person who touches my face an awful lot during the day so I was excited to see which one held up better, one been a semi – permanent powder and the other a gel.
I applied the products to each eye at around 9am and headed for a walk to my mams around 12. By then both brows where still perfect. As it was the week of my little boys christening, I had completely forgot myself and my sister where applying our hair colours to our hair that day. So I new I was going to have to wash my hair standing over the bath in my mams.
This was going to the real test. So with that done I checked the brows and the BPerect brow was still perfect like applied that morning. But the brow with the Inglot gel had started to fade on the top of the brow, where water had got on my face. This was around 4pm. I then decided I was going to wax and tint my brows so I was going to document another day the following day.
Again I applied the products around 10am over on my snapchat. I cleaned my house top to bottom and checked in around 2pm and both brows where still perfect. I then headed shopping around 5pm where I could again start to see the Inglot brow gel wear off.
I came home and checked in on snapchat and the Inglot brow had further worn away, But the BPerfect Brow was still perfect bar a small bit of fading at the front, nothing you would even notice. Once I applied my makeup remover the product came off as described.
BPerfect Brows Applied at 10am and then at 8pm that evening
Inglot brow gel applied at 10am and then at 8pm
Heres a look I created below using the BPerfect Brow Kit in Chocolate.
All in all I absolutely love the BPerfect Brow Kit (€29.99). I highly recommend it. I love the idea of the Semi Permanent powder especially for those who don’t want to have the tattooing procedure done. I love the way you have 3 stencils always included and your brush. This product truly lives up to the description. If your on the hunt for a new brow product that does exactly what it says then why not check out BPerfect Cosmetics here.
